happiness on the basis of justice and preservation of equi-
librium which makes it eligible to adopt preservation of the
matter of humanity trust since it only came to complement
morals. Moreover, it is capable of attracting all people for
the sake of exploitation, only to please them.
Nonetheless, civilization has a wider meaning than ur-
banization since, in addition to the means and methods of
urbanism, it represents all the fields of humanitarian output
from literary and intellectual output to social values and ar-
tistic output as well as the ways and method of construction
besides all matters produced by man in his relationship with
gods or one God and his temples and worshiping places.
If civilization is any humanitarian output different from
reproduction and food and takes place in the situation of
stability and ensuring food safety, reproduction and pres-
ervation of kind. Indeed, it is a physical and spiritual result
that a person implements upon having sufficient time to
meditate and think.
Therefore, civilizations exists where the conditions of
life are available, or rather, where agriculture thrives. Con-
sequently, civilizations arise and evolve at the mouths of
rivers, such as in the Egyptian civilization and the Sumerian
