lah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty".((2(
In another Verse, Allah orders people to be protectors,
maintainers, and witnesses of fairness and justice, and pre-
servers for their value as mentioned in Surat of An- Nisaa,
Verse No. (135):
"O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm
in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against your-
selves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor,
Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] in-
clination, lest you not be just. And if you distort [your testi-
mony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah is ever, with
what you do, Acquainted".((2(
Observers of the case of justice in the Quran find that
justice is the axis of Islam along with monotheism. The
matter of justice associated with charity, kinship and help of
relatives including but not limited to the mentioned. There-

اوُن َوا َعَت َو او ُد َت ْعَت نَ أ ِما َر َحْلا ِد ِج ْس َمْلا ِن َع ْمُ كو ُّد َص نَأ ٍم ْوَق ُنآ َن َش ْمُك َّن َمِر ْج َي َل َو او ُداَط ْصاَف
." ِ با َق ِعْلا ُدي ِد َش َهَّللا َّنِإ َهَّللا او ُقَّتا َو ِنا َو ْد ُعْلا َو ِمْثِ ْ ا ىَل َع اوُن َوا َعَت َل َو ٰى َو ْق َّتلا َو ِّرِبْ لا ىَل َع
،ميركلا نآرقلا ،دوعس كلملا ةعماج يف ينورتكللإا فحصملا عورشم ((2(
ْوَل َو ِهَّلِ ل َءا َد َ ه ُش ِط ْس ِقْ لاِب َني ِما َّوَق اوُنوُك او ُن َمآ َني ِذَّلا ا َه ُّي َأ ا َي" :)135( مقر ةيآ ،"ءاسنلا ةروس"

."ا ًريِب َخ َنوُل َم ْعَت ا َمِ ب َناَك َهَّللا َّن ِإَف او ُضِر ْعُت ْو َأ او ُوْلَ ت نِإ َو ۚ اوُل ِد ْعَت نَأ
