cial centers take place as in the Greek civilization.
It is true that a civilization could be attributed to a specif-
ic nation, as to say: Pharaonic, Babylonian or Persian civi-
lizations and other denominations. If it is possible to judge
that one of the nations has a certain characteristic regarding
a particular output, this does not mean that the civilization
is necessarily accompanied with isolation and confinement
since it is, a fortiori, accumulation and interaction as well
as mutual impact and effect. Subsequently, the best denomi-
nation is acknowledging the humanity of civilization and
recognizing that this nation, to whom the denomination is
attributed, takes from civilization more than anyone else
and places the last stone in the great construction. Thus, it
is said to be its output and is later attributed to it.
It is true that some nations could not be given the de-
scription of civilization and are considered as barbaric and
nomadic. Furthermore, it is also true that this classification
includes a lot of arbitrariness because nations that lagged
behind in the field of industry had ethical and humanitarian
characteristics that other developed-industrial communities
or those living on the mouths of rivers lacked. Moreover,
the Arab Jaahili age before Islam represents the best evi-
dence since these nomads and others who used to reside in
semi-cities were distinguished from other nations by virtue
of their extremely noble and humanitarian characteristics
