the justice of positive laws implemented by the West since
Islamic justice is not man-made to achieve the interests of
the legislators of their laws. On the contrary, it is sent from
Allah, the Wise and Almighty and Islam has brought on the
basis of equality between all people distant from being bias
to race, color, or gender since Islam was conveyed equally
to all people, aiming to achieve universal happiness and im-
plement justice even between those in positions of hostility.
In addition, it recommended the neutrality of the judge and
bounded him to justice even in the state of hatred and strife
where Islam considers that unfairness of judgment in this
situation is a heinous crime.
Thus, the following was stated in Surat of Maida Verse
No. (2):
"O you who have believed, do not violate the rights
of Allah or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect
the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding
[them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sa-
cred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His]
approval. But when you come out of ihram, then [you
may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for hav-
ing obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram lead you
to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety,
but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Al-
