This is the justice of positive laws extolled by the West-
ern culture or civilization. It only benefits the class govern-
ing or dominating the joints of life in the western communi-
ties and ensures the process of preserving its interests and
reinforces the legitimacy of its exploitation.
It is true that these laws have guaranteed some rights to
citizens at least on the fact of it; it is also true it appears as
though all people are judged equally by law, and bound to

authorized to enact laws and necessarily implement them.
Thus, fragile people are subject to laws and to implementing
them whether voluntarily or by force. Based on the afore-
