cultural heritage and distinguished quality. Hence, culture
is deemed as human phenomena linked to people and com-
munities through distinguished qualities and capabilities in
expressing their social and humanitarian relations by means
of symbols and values that Fahad Al-Salem Center seeks
to promote and demand for all communities since freedom
and democracy are the foundations of urbanizing communi-
ties that have developed and advanced civilizations through
their rich culture. Moreover, every rich culture can always
progress and endure its dramatic motion and self-capability
in the framework of concepts, perceptions, and values.
The Arab World lacked such initiatives after being force-
fully involved in globalization. Thus, our culture became
suddenly powerless since dialogue was absent between all
Arab countries whether among the Arab communities or
within the west which led towards entering into the circle of
underdevelopment, negligence of the era’s knowledge and
achievements, dealing collectively with the development
process and monitoring the time movement.
It has been obvious that those involved in issues of con-
temporary Islamic thought, or observers of its track and
problems, has lately become more self-conscious and
aware of the needs of oneself for re-establishment through
an understanding that depends on the background of culture,
