freedom, equality, and justice along with transcontinental
knowledge flow that the human culture is witnessing.
The power of mind that Fahad Al-Salem Center seeks to
achieve for establishing strong society requires boldness in
differentiating between things, names, titles, and concepts.
Therefore, it aspires for dialogue among civilizations in
order to converge to each other. Perhaps this will provide
the Arab citizen with the feeling of security and tranquility
when approaching his originality, especially Islamic basis.
This psychological climate created by governments that
intentionally repudiated to cultural heritage which contrib-
uted to the decline of knowledge and lack of rapid response
to the process of evolution, inattention and diminishing the
dynamic sense of the time to the extent that the Arab intel-
lectuals find themselves attached to a historic period that
produced a civilization and included men of thought, cul-
ture, knowledge, and leadership. This was achieved through
a cultural system that they cherish, boast of resemblance,
and store in their collective memory that supplies them with
large amount of cultural input, and forms a spiritual belief
and moral system…
