and awareness. Consequently, dialogue would be based on
the foundations of knowledge which enable thinkers and
recipients to be aware and have a clear vision. Thus, the
outcome will be at the same level of clarity and transpar-
ency so that the introductions give the same results.
This is the vision of Fahad Al-Salem Center; it is open
towards clarity and transparency and keeps pace with the
evolution in the framework of laws and regulations pav-
ing the way for the Arab citizens to enter the twenty first
century equipped with the knowledgement of this century
and motivates them for constructive thought and debate to
overcome the bitter reality associated with underdevelop-
ment, poverty and destitution.
Democracy was foreign with respect to the Arab and this
foreignness caused the domination of tribal spirit and en-
hanced tribalism to a large extent. Subsequently, partisan-
ship and inheritance of justice dominated the background
of the scene.
Therefore, the unremitting efforts of Fahad Al-Salem
Center in enlightening the public opinion and demonstrat-
ing its right for knowledge and awareness, enrich the abil-
ity for dialogue and debate so that a citizen would be able to
reach a conclusion and take the right decision in deference
of their rights and issues after earning premium general
knowledge and culture.
