deficiency and contradictions in the Arab region. Therefore,
Fred Halliday said that the era of globalization was an un-
pleasant period with respect to the Arab World whether as
masses or as separated entities since it had to bear, more
than other regions, the largest share of the brunt of the anti-
polar international system after it was and still linked to
bloody conflicts, and regional and strategic disputes".
Therefore, dialogue and attempt is the only solution. In
the meantime, we are trying and communicating, the area
of conflict will be confined and the opportunity for opti-
mism will appear in the democratic atmosphere which is
considered the least harmful mean of governance and han-
dling power.
Since, in terms of appearance, it considers all people
equal, thus all individuals have equal right and equal ob-
ligations in return. This law, democratic law, which was
known since the dawn of history especially in Greece, is
considered a response to the totalitarian system and the sys-
tems of ancient and modern slavery.
