After the World War II, the issue of human rights be-
came one of the UN concerns so that two documents that
govern and determine these rights:

Charter of UN in 1945
-
Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Until present, the history of human rights represents
the constant struggle against the exploitation of any person
from any other person or group. These human rights are
based on the recognition of the human right to obtain hu-
man value. Therefore, Fahad Al-Salem Center worked on
deriving all its principles from the ideal origins of democ-
racy so that people would maintain their rights in equality
and dignity.
Furthermore, since it launched, it focused on the hu-
man needs and advancement of human capabilities, human
rights, and social justice which represent, with respect to it,
the justifiable motive for social service.
Observing the philosophy of Fahad Al-Salem Center,
the foundations it is based on and the objectives it seeks
to achieve, a person would be certain that they are at the
core of human rights. One of these objectives, in addition to
the attainment of equality, renunciation of violence, elimi-
nation of racism, is combating ignorance. As it addresses
these difficult tasks, Fahad Al-Salem Center depends on its
