Consequently, we should note that NGOs are consid-
ered international charity organizations that aim at support-
ing programs that participate in developing countries and
their fields of work are mainly: healthcare, agriculture, and
providing relief in emergencies. Moreover, it is concerned
with the environment, and education in addition to the de-
velopment of local communities and many other areas…
The organizations worth mentioning in this vein are:
Action Aid Organization (United Kingdom), CARE Inter-
national (United States), physician sans frontier (France)
and many other organizations and each of them has its fun-
damental role in the world as well as Fahad Al-Salem Cen-
ter which is widely acknowledged for its important role.
On the personal level, I consider joining the international
NGOs a valuable addition to the accomplishments achieved
in favor of the State of Kuwait, in order to support the pro-
cess of democracy, freedoms, and dialogue of civilizations
necessary in the current conditions.
In addition, Jacques Chirac Foundation for Sustain-
able Development and Cultural Dialogue which works for
the sake of peace and dialogue among cultures and civili-
zations, founded by the Former French President Jacques
Chirac has joined the center. Its priorities include, saving
endangered languages and cultures. This was a great honor
