prostration] and turned in repentance [to Allah].((10( Surat
Saad Verse No. (24).
The judgment was rapidly issued by Prophet David, thus
Allah taught him how judgment ought to seek truth in Surat
Saad Verse No. (26):""O David, indeed We have made you
a successor upon the earth, so judge between the people in
truth and do not follow [your own] desire, as it will lead
you astray from the way of Allah". Indeed, those who go
astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment
for having forgotten the Day of Account".((10(Therefore, the
first rule of judgment is the necessity of rightful judgment
so as he would not follow desire i.e. passivity and inclina-
tion and would not astray from the path of Allah. The Holy
Quran comes to continue the rules of judgment attributed
to good manners to establish the law of Allah on earth in ex-
change for all the positive laws enacted by powerful people
to rule vulnerable people. Therefore, justice is neither ac-
complished nor achieved unless through indispensable con-

." َ باَن َأ َو ا ًع ِكا َر َّر َخ َو ُه َّب َر َر َف ْغ َت ْساَف ُها َّن َ تَف
