Ensure justice and guarantee the presence of
courts especially the constitutional court estab-
lished to limit the interpretation of the articles
of the constitution and determine the constitu-
tionality of laws and decrees, thus adjudicating
disputes and appeals particularly those attrib-
uted to electing the members of the national as-
sembly.
The most important among all is that the court deci-
sions should be binding for all in order to banish corrup-
tors who annul the content of laws and we have personally
witnessed, throughout the succession of governments that
proved its failure and weakness, the way corruption spread
and the money of people was squandered after the rulers
became unable to restrain greedy people…
