cause the righteousness of the nation is derived from his
righteousness and its corruption from his corruption.
The authority, laws and constitution are derived from
the Islamic Sharia which Islam was devoted to preserve its
moderation apart from extremism, fanaticism and sectari-
anism: "And thus we have made you a just community that
you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger
will be a witness over you".

This role assigned to Islamic nation requires from it to
be a model to be emulated by other nations…the role en-
trusted by Allah to the prophet in ensuring moderation is
necessarily addressed to the ruler, caliph, or prince.
Subsequently, hereby emerges the importance of the role
of the nation leader and necessity to acquire the specifica-
tions which Islam command from the person responsible
to be characterized by and above all comes devoutness so
that Allah would not see him where forbidden nor miss him
where required.
From here we should start; if we want to build a strong
state, we should seek to:
