The aforementioned Verse emphasizes on fighting
against bribery, calls for avoiding corruption and prohib-

In addition, the following was stated in Surat An-Nisaa to
show the great sin resulting from benefiting from the public
money belonging to people:"And [for] their taking of usury
while they had been forbidden from it, and their consuming
of the people’s wealth unjustly. And we have prepared for
the disbelievers among them a painful punishment".((9(
Consequently, it is uncontroversial that corruption in
the State and community emerges when the hands of the
thieves of legitimacy extend to public money; hence they
consume it greedily by using their positions so that their rel-
atives, partisans and connivers would gain profit. Besides,
they have no concern that this would lead to the deteriora-
tion of the conditions of people and imbalance in values ​as
