The theory of "Unlawful"(Haram) related to the norms
of conduct with respect to the Muslim is the guarantor of
non-aggression, non-exploitation or antitrust… and the
theory of lawful (Halal) and unlawful (Haram)extends,
includes, and controls all the social and economic rela-
tions.
Therefore, the following juristic rule emerged: "the
money of a person is considered unlawful unless it is
given with total acceptance".
3-
Islam is biased to the poor and the vulnerable but this
inclination does not justify intransigence in using this
right after acquiring it since it is only based on the con-
sideration that justice is a right for all the people.
We could notice that Islam guarantees the right of the
poor and the vulnerable by giving them a right in the
properties of the rich : "And from their properties was
[given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the de-
prived". Surat Adh-Dhaariyat Verse No. 18.
