doned their tribes and criticized social relations through
poems.
Democratic opposition is considered a sublime form of
objection regarding the methodology of judgment and is
strongly present within stable democratic regimes. This op-
position aims at achieving change through discussion and
dialogue implicitly constituting an objection to the perfor-
mance of power and not to the nature of the regime… sub-
sequently, governance automatically continues whether the
opposition succeeded or failed in holding the rein of power
since it recognizes the other and respects his political, so-
cial, or economic point of view without believing in it or
calling for it.
Opposition in this case is sublime and does not carry on
a war on the basis of raising chaos and spreading terror and
unrest. However, it practices criticism, focuses on the errors
of judgment and calls for its point of view aiming at reform
as a prelude for attaining power through elections and earn-
ing a majority in the Chamber of Deputies.
This peaceful and purposeful opposition is guaranteed
by the democratic regime since it dedicates power exchange
as a quality distinguishing it from all other systems.
This kind of opposition is well-known for recognizing
