Consequently, we could boast that Islam does not balance
between the knowledgeable and ignorant in the field of
politics and administration of society, contrary to the calls
of western democracy. However, this is not considered a
justification for the Systems of tyranny, oppression and
domination, but indicates the importance of having devoted
scientists dedicated to ensure the safety of both religion and
world; these are the rulers who take the helm of policy, by
virtue of the Quran statement hereafter:
"Are those who know equal to those who do not know((7(,
or is darkness equivalent to light((7(?"
It is no longer sufficient for Muslims to flaunt that their
religion urges for knowledge and works to encourage learn-
ers and scholars only on the basis of practical foundations
where knowledge would have a clear impact on the devel-
opment of life and pursuance of the technological achieve-
ments not by importing the afore stated with their opera-
tion experts but rather through establishing research centers
and training Muslim technicians as the "Tigers of Asia"did,
hence proving that the eastern individual is equally impor-
