predominate another and no class would aggrieve the ide-
al system as described by the Arab Prophet Mohammad
(PBUH) whereby: …"just like one body, when one of the
limbs is afflicted, the whole body responds to it with wake-
fulness and fever".((5(
The obvious evidence to ensure the justice of the Is-
lamic Law is its commitment to the distribution of wealth
in which it assigned the acquired rights for needy people
and at the same time urges for charity and righteousness on
behalf of the needy and indigent people. Thus, Verse No.
(41) from Surat Al-Anfaal:
"And know that anything you obtain of war booty - then
indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger
and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and
the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in
that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of cri-
terion - the day when the two armies met. And Allah, over
all things, is competent".((5(
And Verse No. (7) from Surat Al-Hashr:
