"promotion of virtue and prevention of vice".
As the Holy Quran seeks to preserve the human dig-
nity and respecting human personality, hence it applied
this rule in many of the virtues and vices on the basis of
"permission"as stated in Surat Taaa-Haaa Verse No. (81):
[Saying], "Eat from the good things with which We have
provided you and do not transgress [or oppress others]
therein, lest My anger should descend upon you. And he
upon whom My anger descends has certainly fallen".((5(
As well as in the Holy Verse No. (31) of Surat of Al-
A’raaf
"O children of Adam, take your adornment at every mas-
jid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes
not those who commit excess".((5(
Things take place consistent with this rule in many vir-
tues and vices so that a person would live happily in the
scope of centrism and moderation in which justice prevails
and social solidarity characterizes it so that no class would
