"And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the
people of the towns - it is for Allah and for the Messenger
and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded]
traveler - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among
the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has
given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain
from. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty".

The afore Verse proves that the Islamic justice ensured
the good distribution of wealth so the owner is not aggrieved
by his money and the needy is not deprived of money that is
originally the riches of Allah, thus it is a distinguished right
for the beggar and underprivileged person. The most impor-
tant among all is that the owners of the right to private and
public money and who have a share in this money are not
being treated on the basis of their religion, region or nation-
ality, but on the basis of their needs and these needs provide
them with the right to receive their share of legitimate rights
or ongoing charity by virtue of proprietors and financiers.
All the precedent is only stated for sake of the implementa-
tion of justice and preservation of peace and community
happiness for its sons.
