He is kind and merciful to them. In the Quran came a proof
to confirm the aforementioned in Verse No. (128) in Surat
of At-Tawba:
"There has certainly come to you a Messenger from
among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer;
[he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind and
merciful".

Moreover, the Prophet concerned over believers and
representative of Allah Almighty authority does not mo-
nopolize and underestimate this authority. To the contrary,
he is commended by Allah to be kind to people and consult
them in their worldly matters and listen to their opinions at
the same time in which he stays more worthy of the believ-
ers than themselves and his action, decision, and speech are
considered the Prophet ’s Sunnah and have the same impor-
tance as the Quranic text. Muslims are bound to work by
its virtue since Allah has ordered for that in His Holy book
in many places wherein He ensured the Infallibility of the
Prophet , and the validity and correctness of his views be-
cause the Prophet does not talk subjectively, but his words
are a divine revelation. Despite that, Allah Almighty or-
dered him to consult believers and take their opinions into
