consideration.
The Holy Verse No. (157) in Surat of Aal-i-Imran in-
cludes a proof of the above mentioned:
"So by mercy from Allah, [O Muhammad], you were
lenient with them. And if you had been rude [in speech]
and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about
you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and con-
sult them in the matter. And when you have decided, then
rely upon Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who rely [upon
Him]".((4(
This persistence on consultation and its promotion by
Allah Almighty which is included in the context of revela-
tion of the Prophet morality and his respect to believers
will grant them the niche in the gripping authority over
people and the assumption of social, religious, and political
responsibility, especially that are still supplied with neces-
sary components to eligibility for the assumption of human-
itarian community leadership which makes them capable to
hold the responsibility Allah entrusted to them in the Holy
Verse No.(55) in Surat Al-Maaida:
،ميركلا نآرقلا ،دوعس كلملا ةعماج يف ينورتكللإا فحصملا عورشم ((4(
َظي ِلَغ اًّظَف َتنُك ْوَل َو ۖ ْم ُهَ ل َتنِل ِهَّللا َن ِّم ٍة َم ْح َر ا َمِبَ ف" :)159(مقر ةيآ ،"نارمع لآ ةروس"
َت ْمَز َع اَذ ِإَف ِر ْمَ ْ ا ي ِف ْم ُهْر ِوا َش َو ْم ُهَ ل ْر ِف ْغ َت ْسا َو ْم ُه ْن َع ُفْعاَف ۖ َكِل ْو َح ْن ِم او ُّضَفن َل ِبْ ل َقْلا
." َ ني ِلِّك َو َت ُمْلا ُّب ِح ُي َهَّللا َّنِإ ۚ ِهَّللا ىَل َع ْلَّك َو َتَف
