Thus, it leads us to think and reason in order to own the
tools of criticism, possess the methods of thought and abil-
ity to understand matters wisely and distinguish the wheat
from chaff and the right from falsehood so that we would
be able not only to understand Sharia, but also to indulge it
into the heart and mind of others after we became capable
of freedom of thought and objectively revealing the truth
underlying mental proof that does not accept falsehood and
has no doubt during which the laws of Islamic culture are
only fromAllah, who is more sure to achieve human happi-
ness of man himself. What increases our confidence is that
we possess the humanity doctrine in its final and continuous
form, especially that it includes, unlike other monotheistic
religions, a fair penal law which deals with irregularities
and limits, establishes commercial transactions, alimony,
tax law and modalities for social solidarity, and ensures the
safety of family, kinship, honoring one’s parents in addition
to supporting the weak and resisting tyranny.
The aforementioned grants the Islam an advantage over
the preceding religions since the Judaism and Christianity
believed in morals that Islam has believed in and added to
them. It did not have a penal law that ensures the proper
functioning of things and regularity of life. Therefore, the
communities following Christianity have found themselves
