"And do not approach the orphan’s property except in
a way that is best until he reaches maturity. And give full
measure and weight in justice. We do not charge any soul
except [with that within] its capacity. And when you testify,
be just, even if [it concerns] a near relative. And the cov-
enant of Allah fulfill. This has He instructed you that you
may remember".((3(
Embody the specifications that ensure the adjustment of
behavior and safety of thinking proceeding from the Islam-
ic personality which is distinguished by:
1- Being centrist far from the chaos and intoler-
ance. To this, it ratified the calls that came
in the monotheistic religions urging for the
oneness of Allah Almighty and called them
for dialogue as a basis for a relationship with
everyone, even with the infidels and skeptics
2- Believing in mind as a base for understand-
ing Sharia by granting it the importance it
deserves in return for the theory that was pre-
