in the consensus of the muslims and the contents of the call
to comply with the common sense that Allah granted man.
Proceeding from the acknowledgment of the source of
Islamic legislation and its divine revelation basis which
came into the heart of the Arab prophet , we could be more
capable of differentiating between the Islamic culture and
theWestern culture so that it consecrates the Ten Command-
ments, and determines the sound personal borders bound
to the rules of ethics. The two Verses of Surat Al-An’aam
Verse No. (151):
Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohib-
ited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything
with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill
your children out of poverty; we will provide for you and
them. And do not approach immoralities - what is appar-
ent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul
which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal]
right. This has He instructed you that youmay use reason".((3(
And Verse No. (152):
،ميركلا نآرقلا ،دوعس كلملا ةعماج يف ينورتكللإا فحصملا عورشم ((3(
ِهِب اوُكِر ْشُ ت َّلَأ ۖ ْمُك ْيَل َع ْمُك ُّب َر َم َّر َح ا َم ُلْ ت َأ ا ْوَلا َعَت ْلُق" :)151( مقر ةيآ ، "ماعنلأا ةروس "
او ُب َر ْقَت َل َو ۖ ْم ُها َّي ِإ َو ْمُكُقُز ْرَ ن ُن ْحَّن ۖ ٍق َل ْم ِإ ْن ِّم مُك َد َل ْو َأ اوُل ُ ت ْقَ ت َل َو ۖ اًنا َس ْحِإ ِن ْي َدِلا َوْلاِب َو ۖ ا ًئ ْي َش
ِهِب مُكا َّص َو ْمُكِ ل ٰ َذ ۚ ِّق َحْلاِب َّلِإ ُهَّللا َم َّر َح ي ِ تَّلا َسْف َّنلا اوُل ُت ْقَ ت َل َو ۖ َنَط َب ا َم َو ا َه ْن ِم َر َهَ ظ ا َم َش ِحا َو َفْلا
