development and added unprecedented problems to them .
Therefore, we notice an urgent need to settle these inter-
locking, ambiguous relations between dominant effective
civilizations and colonized fragile nations. The goal is to
restore this relation to the framework of integration to push
the process of evolution forward and abolish the miserable
and wretched reality, resulting from the chronic and under-
lying or active conflict caused by successive wars.
The above can be achieved through transgressing the
conflict between these two rivals to finding the means re-
quired to prevent conflicts through building bridges of un-
derstanding that can only be founded through dialogue and
only dialogue.
Therefore, it is against this background and based upon
this concept that, "Fahad Al-Salem Center for Dialogue
among Civilizations and the Defense of liberty (FCDL)"was
established. The center is a civil society institution based on
revealing the abstract truth in a transparent manner. It tack-
led one of the most complicated and substantial problems,
namely the dialogue among civilizations and have signif-
icantly succeeded in establishing the foundations of this
dialogue and launching thereof after setting the target and
