Policy has found its way to damage this relationship be-
tween those who had the merit of counseling, educating,
and enlightening the paths towards guidance for the safety
of the society and complying with the social relations, and
between the majorities of people gathering under the word
of those sermons and guides so that they became victims
for this overwhelming flood of orders calling not for the
good of muslims, but for inflaming sedition among them
by inciting sectarianism through bringing back situations
and details based on the different ways of understanding
between this or that Islamic jurist. However, it resorted to
invest the difference in understanding regarding the field of
policy. Instead of using interpretation and explanation as
a mean of enlightenment to the society, clarification of the
factors calling for the happiness of this society and consoli-
dating social peace between various sections and classes
and instead of using theorization as a way that leads to un-
derstanding and knowledge, they became available means
to widen the gap of difference between the muslims them-
selves and between the muslims and the others who do not
follow their religion.
Proceeding from these situations, the follower of this di-
vision would acknowledge the "disadvantages"of the other
division more than the advantages attributed to the teach-
