In this Holy Verse, we could conclude that those who
separate from their people to understand religion are scien-
tists and leaders to the majority of muslims who are distrib-
uted in various divisions…Moreover, we could deduce that
they are sects separated in order to earn religious knowl-
edge equal in number to the divisions attributed to it, or in
other words the groups that are situated within their region,
obey their orders, and interdict their prohibitions.
Furthermore, the follower of this subject can call those
who separated from the religious divisions which sent them
to earn religious knowledge as "sectarians"as is customary
when we call the "whole"in the name of a "part"since they
are a part of each division who had the opportunity to ob-
tain a prominent place within their division to the extent
that they became the center of decision and influence, espe-
cially concerning everyday life, and set the patterns of be-
havior within their division. In addition, they have the same
influence in the field of relation between their division and
other divisions whether in the establishment of the rules of
intimate relations or through igniting hostility and hatred.
Those who are a "sect"from each division and few in
number became the leaders of their community; they are
entitled to order and people are required to obey and com-
ply with them.
