war against him; we quote his statement when he entered
into Mecca after his long emigration, he said this statement
at the time he controlled them: "He who closes his door is
safe".
This means that he has assured his own safety and the
safety of his family and his possessions and no one is en-
titled to deprive him from this right. In addition, Islam ac-
knowledged for anyone the right to defend his own property
whether it decreased or increased. This defense is equiva-
lent in any case to self-defense. The Prophet (PBUH) says
that he who dies in defense of a camel rope that he owns is
considered a martyr.
Moreover, all the civilized human communities agreed
on the insurance of intellectual property and acknowledged
public ownership so that all has the right to use it and benefit
from its returns. From the Hadith of Prophet Mohammad
(PBUH) about devoting public ownership, is the following:
"people are partners in three: water, herbs, and fire"

The State and Public Money
Establishing a State was essential to organizing people’s
affairs so that the State shall ensure the comfort of citizens,
