In the light of all these considerations, and based on the
marketing of globalization ideas, the colonial states pos-
sessing the supreme technology and great production was
determined to dominate and overcome the forms of privacy
particularly the dedication of globalization as an ideology.
The entire world had to follow it and pursue whereby with
the concern of building its economic and political system
and disregarding the privacy of any country.
Globalization has taken over the entire world, especially
after the international institutions of the World Bank or the
industrialized countries has schematized the plan regarding
the economy of developing countries. Perhaps the impov-
erished people were the most damaged class within these
countries knowing that majority of Islamic and Arab states
are developing countries. Moreover, perhaps the World
Trade Organization is considered the international institu-
tion mainly responsible for the detriment of the interests of
the poor, since it calls for the liberalization of trade among
states which means that it puts the production of industrial-
ized countries in the face of production of developing coun-
