It is no longer a secret with respect to the follower of the
track of events to uncover the clues of conspiracy against
Islam and the attempt to empty it from its cultural and scien-

extent concerning the law that governs the relationship be-

This law guarantees the harmony among family and
strengthens familial ties in consideration that the family is
an organic unity of the society and its unity and harmony
represent the safety of the community. Therefore, defend-
ing family in the Muslim community and maintaining its
security and stability characterizes the logical response to
allegations of biased people and critics of Islam who do
not hesitate to press charges against Islam and tirelessly
theorize about Christianity yet after transforming it into a
charitable organization and dismembering it by the posi-
tive laws away from the Christian spirit and human warmth
conveyed by the Christ (PBUH).

said to be inclusive of all areas of life and since pragmatism
