tives and associates. Thus, the apparent disparity emerged
between the Arab and non-Arab Muslims that was so-called
"Populism"and was often featured, especially during the
Abbasid Caliphate, and the movement of non-Arab Mawa-
li arose so they were appointed as Ministers and Princes
which led them several times to earn strength that allowed
them to govern and become the source of power as in the
Mamluke era…
The follower of these events would obviously notice the
departure from the spirit of Islam and its virtues and the in-
dulgence in the pleasures and gains as well as the corruption
of governors and their perseverance astray. Moreover, they
found in the preachers, fatwa issuers and major speakers the
means to justify their power and rationalize their astray and
all this took place under the banner of similar words and di-
rect interpretations. Subsequently, we witnessed the emer-
gence of the groups of Murji’ah, Immanentism, Moshaba-
ha, Elsafatih and charlatans, as aforementioned. Therefore,
Muslim towns and cities such as Bagdad, for example, the
capital of the world in the Abbasid period, excessively in-
cluded all matters that Islam combats, such as the spread of
immorality clubs and the manifestation of drinking alcohol
along with the expansion of the calls and disobedience.
Since we are talking about the anti-Islam movements,
we should mention the internal movements that significant-
