oblige the aforementioned to be committed to the Islam but
leaves him and his conscience to decide if he is convinced
or unconvinced after exaggerating in honoring him and
treating him in a good manner. Islam orders Muslims to in-
form the enemy regarding his safety just because he is one
of the ignorant people in the hope that this hospitality and
tolerance would pull him out of his ignorance and unaware-
ness into the light of certainty and knowledge guaranteeing
the human dignity and maintenance of his freedom… this is
the recommendation of one of the verses of the Holy Quran
No. (6) in Surat At-Tawba:
"And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection,
then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of
Allah. Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is be-
cause they are a people who do not know".

This does not only make us capable of claiming, but also
certain, that Islam is the guarantor of the finest principles of
dialogue between beliefs. It is the central point in securing
convergence methods between several points of views and
this convergence that must have the upright word calling
for safety of communities and happiness of human beings
at a time where dissonance prevailed and disputes increased
