"[Such believers are] the repentant, the worshippers, the
praisers [of Allah], the travelers [for His cause], those who
bow and prostrate [in prayer], those who enjoin what is right
and forbid what is wrong, and those who observe the limits
[set by] Allah. And give good tidings to the believers".((4(
In addition to Surat Al-Mujaadila, Verse No. (4):
"And he who does not find [a slave] - then a fast for two
months consecutively before they touch one another; and
he who is unable - then the feeding of sixty poor persons.
That is for you to believe [completely] in Allah and His
Messenger; and those are the limits [set by] Allah. And for
the disbelievers is a painful punishment".((4(
In this way, the divine law that forms the strong founda-
tion of the Theocratic state which constitution is derived
from the Holy Quran provisions, Prophetic Sunnah and
consensus.
This state does not correspond to the republican system

َنو ُع ِكا َّرلا َنو ُح ِئا َّسلا َنو ُد ِما َحْلا َنو ُدِبا َعْلا َنو ُب ِ ئا َّتلا" :)112( مقر ةيآ ،"ةبوتلا ةروس"

." َ ني ِن ِم ْؤ ُمْلا

ۗ ِهَّللا ُدو ُد ُح َكْل ِت َو ۚ ِهِلو ُسَر َو ِهَّللاِب او ُن ِم ْؤ ُتِل َكِل ٰ َذ ۚ ا ًني ِك ْس ِم َني ِّت ِس ُما َعْط ِإَف ْع ِط َت ْسَي ْمَّ ل ن َمَف ۖ
