Charity (تاقدصلا( synonymous to Zakat comes to solve
an extremely dangerous economic problem when it extends
to reach the needy people who are not necessarily muslims
and Verse No. 60 of Surat At-Tawba indicates the expan-
sion of the category of charity beneficiaries:"Zakat expen-
ditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those
employed to collect [zakat] and for bringing hearts together
[for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those
in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded]
traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is
Knowing and Wise".

In this way we can understand the situation and acquaint
the means of dealing with the economy in Islam and shows
the mercy dominating the method of collecting money un-
der the prohibition of usury and considering it a great sin.
Islam is distinguished by the prohibition of usury pre-
venting all those taking advantage of people’s need from
exhausting them with the payment of debt interests. More-
