And also in Surat of Al-Baqara Verse No. (229):
"Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an accept-
able manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is
not lawful for you to take anything of what you have giv-
en them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep
[within] the limits of Allah. But if you fear that they will
not keep [within] the limits of Allah, then there is no blame
upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms
herself. These are the limits of Allah, so do not transgress
them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is
those who are the wrongdoers".((4(
In addition, we state the Verse No. (230) in Surat Al-
Baqara as follows:
"And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she
is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a hus-
band other than him. And if the latter husband divorces her
[or dies], there is no blame upon the woman and her former
ْمُكن َع ا َف َع َو ْمُك ْيَ ل َع َبا َتَف ْمُك َسُفن َأ َنوُ نا َت ْخَت ْم ُتنُك ْمُكَّن َأ ُهَّللا َم ِل َع َّن ُهَّل ٌسا َ بِل ْم ُتن َأ َو ْمُكَّل
ُض َي ْبَ ْ ا ُط ْي َخْلا ُمُكَل َن َّي َب َت َي ٰى َّت َح او ُب َر ْشا َو اوُلُ ك َو ْمُكَ ل ُهَّللا َبَ تَك ا َم او ُغ َت ْبا َو َّن ُهو ُر ِشا َب َن ْلاَف
ي ِف َنو ُف ِكا َع ْم ُتن َأ َو َّن ُهو ُر ِشا َبُ ت َل َو ِل ْيَّللا ىَل ِإ َما َي ِّصلا او ُّم ِت َأ َّمُث ِر ْج َفْلا َن ِم ِد َو ْسَ ْ ا ِط ْي َخْلا َن ِم
." َ نو ُق َّت َي ْم ُهَّ ل َعَل ِسا َّنلِل ِه ِتا َيآ ُهَّللا ُن ِّي َب ُي َكِل ٰ َذَك ا َهو ُب َر ْقَت َلَف ِهَّللا ُ دو ُد ُح َكْل ِت ِد ِجا َس َمْلا
،ميركلا نآرقلا ،دوعس كلملا ةعماج يف ينورتكللإا فحصملا عورشم ((4(
َل َو ۗ ٍنا َس ْح ِإِب ٌحي ِر ْسَ ت ْو َأ ٍفو ُر ْع َمِب ٌكا َس ْم ِإَف ِناَ ت َّر َم ُق َلَّطلا" :)229( مقر ةيآ ،"ةرقبلا ةروس "
ا َمي ِق ُي َّلَأ ْم ُت ْف ِخ ْن ِإَف ِهَّللا َدو ُد ُح ا َمي ِق ُي َّلَأ اَفا َخ َي نَأ َّلِإ ا ًئ ْي َش َّن ُهو ُم ُت ْيَتآ ا َّم ِم او ُذ ُخْأَ ت نَأ ْمُكَل ُّل ِح َي
َدو ُد ُح َّد َع َت َي ن َم َو ا َهو ُد َت ْعَت َلَ ف ِهَّللا ُدو ُد ُح َكْل ِت ِهِب ْت َد َتْفا ا َمي ِف ا َم ِه ْيَ ل َع َحا َن ُج َلَ ف ِهَّللا َدو ُد ُح
." َ نو ُمِلاَّظلا ُم ُه َك ِئ ٰ َ لو ُأَف ِهَّللا
